If you are looking for a creative mind to work with to bring your ideas to life, you are in the right place. Art is the light of my life, and I always aim to bring my passion to each new project. I specialise in traditional artwork techniques, ranging from tattoo design to hand-painted murals. I earned my degree in Illustration and Design from the University of Sunderland, where I was fortunate enough to win the award for Outstanding Achievement.
After graduating in 2016, I moved to Poland for just under a year then returned to sunny Scarborough, and decided to blossom from being a solely online business to a physical shop! Darcey Strangeways opened in March 2018, with the Art Shop and Gallery space at the front of the premises, and a working studio towards the rear. The shop is nestled between The Merchant Irish bar, and Sing and Bling, both of which are also independent and local-owned businesses you should most definitely check out.
If you would like to purchase prints or original artwork in person, or just pop in for a chat, I can usually be found in Darcey Strangeways at No.25 Eastborough, Scarborough!
